K-Pop Band New Jeans to Sing League of Legends Theme Song

The League of Legends World Championship anthem for 2023 got revealed earlier than expected. A music industry publication called CelebrityAccess shared an article about it but then took it down. We’re here to talk about the new anthem for League of Legends and what it’s called.

Even though the article was taken down, people on social media managed to capture screenshots of it and started sharing the news. These screenshots showed that the K-Pop group New Jeans is the artist behind this year’s anthem, and it’s called “Gods.” The article also mentioned that you can start listening to the song on YouTube and other platforms on October 4, 2023.

The screenshots of the article make it seem like it was based on an official announcement. It had a statement from the members of New Jeans about the song and gave some details about the tournament.

Riot Games, the company behind League of Legends, often teams up with famous musicians for their championship events. Some big names in the past include Imagine Dragons, Grabbitz, and recently, Lil Nas X. Fans are pretty excited about this early reveal, especially because lots of people who love League of Legends also love K-Pop. We hope the New Jeans League of Legends song “Gods” becomes a big hit!
