This guide will give you the details where you can find all the collectibles on Dystopia 2029 in Killing Floor 2. Finding all Dystopia 2029 collectibles will also unlock one of the achievements of the game.
For those who are still unaware, you can get the achievement called Like Tears in Rain after finding all collectibles.

All Dystopia 2029 Collectibles Locations
Outside
On a fence, near the river.
Near the previous collectible, hanging on a fence, under the “Le Petit Chat” sign.
Near the previous collectible, on the terrace with tables, at the feet of a tree.
Near the previous collectible, in the “Boeuf Partie shop”. Shoot the window.
Hanging on pipes, near the conference room.
Between the conference room and the office in front of the trader, on a balcony (in front of the next collectible).
Above a bicycle, just behind an open door, under the red sign Mechazen.
In a car, just before the hotel.
Hanging on a car, under the HEAT sign.
After the bar, take the stairs. It’s inside the mobile shop.
After the previous collectible, when you’re at the water level.
After the previous collectible, on the wooden bridge.
Hanging on a tree in the middle area.
On a truck, next to the car dealership.
On an army truck, just after the previous collectible.
Car dealership
Behind the car dealership, hanging on a pipe.
Inside the showroom, near the tires.
Hotel
On the reception desk.
In one of the dead ends on the right.
In the kitchen, in a dishwasher.
In the right lift (look above).
When upstairs and taking the left stairs.

Hanging on a cupboard.
Office in Front of the Trader
I don’t know how to call that office after the Mechazen red sign, apart from that it’s in front of a trader pod. The collectible is on the bookcase at a dead end.

In the office just next to the conference room (between the square and the Mechazen sign).
