On Viz Media, we can see that the next chapter will be released on October 11, 2020, while Manga Plus stated that the new chapter will be out on October 16, 2020.

VIZ has updated its ONE PIECE schedule with next chapter coming in 13 날, which would point to October 11th. This is a bit confusing but if we look at the release date on Manga Plus, One Piece fans will be getting 2 more weeks of break. Whether the One Piece manga will be taking a 2nd break or not, all we can do right now is wait for the official statement to confirm.
