Capcom has officially announced that the Elder Dragon Alatreon, originally introduced in Monster Hunter 3, is coming to Iceborne this May 2020.
Alatreon is a very territorial monster in the game using multiple elements. Due to its aggressiveness, there are no other monsters live in the Sacred Land in Monster Hunter 3. Unlike the other monsters in the wild, Alatreon doesn’t show any weakness in the game. However, that does not mean you can’t take advantage of the elemental weaknesses.
In Monster Hunter World: Iceborne expansion, it is wise to use armors that are resistant against Dragon, Ice, Thunder, and Fire. In addition, use a weapon with an element of Ice, Water, Dragon, and Fire.

Elder Dragon Alateron will officially land in the world of Iceborne this May 2020. Monster Hunter World: Iceborne expansion is available on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
