Er is in totaal 40 prestaties in het spel. None of these achievements is hidden or secret.
Why did you do that? – Scare the Running Guy
- Tap the guy running on the menu.
It`s not a pizza! – Cut a patient to death with a knife
- Tap on the patient with a knife until their health hits zero.
It`s cramped – Get inside a patient
- Unmissable achievement.
Last second hero – Finish a level when it`s only few HP left
- I suggest you do this on the level “Somebody’s Girlfriend”. Heal her wounds first, then hit green pimples with sausage until you have one left. Wait until her health is 5, then quickly finish the level.
Not on my watch! – Pour ketchup in at the last HP
- I suggest you do this on the level “Somebody’s Girlfriend”. Take the ketchup, but don’t start clicking until her health is 3.
The Perseverance – Restart the same level three times
- Pick up a level and restart it three times in a row. The restart button is arrow looking mark in the pause menu before you start operation.
Here you are! – Find that badass cat
- Go to level “Ninja” and hit the cat at your toolset bar.
Field Surgeon – Heal first patient
- Unmissable achievement.
Shooting stars – Krijgen 3 stars at three levels in a row
- I suggest you do this in the first 3 niveaus. Take your time and avoid mistakes. Simply restart the game from stage one, if you made a mistake.
Elite Sniper Force – Never miss a toothpick at a level with bugs
- You can do this at level “Butch”.
Kaas! – Make a photo of a patient
- Unmissable achievement.
Not a coincidence – Heal second patients
- Unmissable achievement.
Don’t try it at home, kid – Restore health with a ketchup
- Unmissable achievement.
Wow so stern – Make the pretty guy unpretty
- Unmissable achievement.
Express yourself – Put different bones into the designer’s arms
- While fixing the designer’s arm, keep switching the healing spot with sausage and finish the job with a “verschillend” choice of bone.
What does your tattoo mean? – Make your first tattoo
- Spreekt voor zich.
Yhaaaaarrrr! – Make a pirate tattoo
- Select a pirate tattoo at the level “Butch”.
JEP, that was intended! – Put the hobbit-mermaid hobo instead of the punk’s arm
- You can choose hobbit/mermaid hobo -thing at the level “Punk”. Keep switching healing spot with sausage, when you are fixing inside.
Shape of my octopus – Replace the heart with an octopus and complete the level
- Can be done at the level “Big One”. While operating his heart, keep switching it with sausage until you see an octopus. Then finish the job.
De muur – Replace jaws with fences
- You can do this at the level called “Musician”. Keep switching his gums with sausage, until both (up and down) schutting.
Meaningless duet – Replace the musician’s knee with face and complete the level
- Can be done at the level called “Musician”. Keep switching with sausage until you see the head. Then finish the level.
Fighter’s build – Replace the ninja’s brain with a boxing glove, the stomach with a hedgehog and the elbow with a toast and complete the level with 3 sterren
- At the level called “Ninja”, while operating choose with sausage:
- Head area, boxing claw
- Stomach area, hedgehog
- Elbow area, toast
Caring too much – Heal third patient
- Onmisbare prestaties.
Artist touch – Heal fourth patient
- Onmisbare prestaties.
Big Bad Belly – Heal fifth patient
- Onmisbare prestaties.
Punk is not Dead – Heal sixth patient
- Onmisbare prestaties.
Too big to Fall – Heal seventh patient

Tattooing master – Heal eighth patient

People Doctor – Genezen 15 patients
- I recommend you do this at the level called “Somebody’s Girlfriend”. Keep playing this level again and again without failing, until you get the achievement. If you fail the level, you need to start the count from the start.
Bonus tip: Give her more health with ketchup if needed.

- Patient 1 is the trainer. Take it easy when pulling pieces out of the patient. You have plenty of time. Restart the level, if you made a mistake.

- Patient 2 is Pretty Face. Start from the bugs. Restart the level, if you do a mistake.
Goed gedaan! – Flawless operation on third patient
- Patient 3 is Somebody’s Girlfriend. Focus to take pieces out first. Restart the level, if you do a mistake.
Goed gedaan! – Flawless operation on fourth patient
- Patient 4 is The Designer. Start from the left side. Start from the bugs. Keep your focus. Restart the level, if you do a mistake.
Goed gedaan! – Flawless operation on fifth patient
- Patient 5 is Butch. Start from the stomach area. Instantly give ketchup. Restart the level, if you do a mistake.
Goed gedaan! – Flawless operation on sixth patient
- Patient 6 is Punk. Start from the stomach area. Instantly give ketchup. Restart the level, if you do a mistake.
Goed gedaan! – Flawless operation on seventh patient
- Patient 7 is Big One. Start from the stomach area. Keep calm. This might take multiple tries. Restart the level, if you a mistake.
Goed gedaan! – Flawless operation on eighth patient
- Patient 8 is Musician. Start from the leg. Instantly give ketchup. Give ketchup right way again when it`s available. Restart the level, if you do a mistake.
Goed gedaan! – Flawless operation on ninth patient
- Patient 9 is Ninja. Start from the arm. Instantly give ketchup. Restart the level, if you do a mistake.
