For the unidentified individuals washed ashore, it’s likely that these two are Inuarashi and Nekomamushi. Right after Oden has been announced as the Daimyo of Kuri, a total of seven people are assigned to become his retainers including Ashura Doji, Kin’emon, Raizo, and the others. With the arrival of Inuarashi and Nekomamushi in the Wano Country, the Nine Red Scabbards is complete.
