This is a small list of things I’ve learned which may help others who want to be spoiled in their playthroughs.
If you like BLIND playthroughs, do not read this guide. The game is easy enough to not need a guide.
Beginner’s Tips and Tricks
I just went on a 15 hour marathon playing this game. A good number of it was waiting on materials to be mined. But maybe I can save you time with my discoveries. This will be based on my memory as there’s no reason to play the game twice.
1) In the beginning, the best choice is the warrior kit. I took the miner kit but to be honest, I would have progressed faster in the beginning with warrior.
2) My favorite weapon has to be the SG (Shotgun) but in the beginning, you can craft a SMG from floater parts. Try to get this out early so you can start grinding faster.
3) Early mid game, you will find annoying material needs like Steel and Iron for your shield upgrades. From my memory, I believe you can avoid the galaxy 3+ ship encounters until you meet the Panda Nation. When you finish that storyline, Panda Nation has a wide range of useful materials to buy so that you don’t need to stand around waiting for materials to mine.
4) I recall seeing CPUs sold in one of the markets in either galaxy 2 or 3. It is useful when you need 3 CPUs to trade Panda Nation for their quest.
5) Futa is not my cup of tea. It is something you should do to be a completionist. It also opens up your third fertilization option. HOWEVER, you CAN turn off the image of futa by going to your INVENTORY and going to KEY ITEMS. Look for [Mod]Futa and [Mod]HorseCock. Turn those off. I just found this out at game end and there’s actually no gameplay mechanic that reverts futa.
6) The Space Goddess battles drop an essence which can be used to buy OP items that overbuffs your stats. Just one Atk device and one Def device should be all you need to beat the final boss.
7) I just went through the game with SGs, MGs, and SMGs. Because the monster girls can’t use weapons, I primarily went through the game with humans. Each human is limited to one weapon type except for the protagonist. I went through the game with the 1st blackhaired girl (MG user) and the short haired pirate (SMG user). The final blonde looks nice and is a SG user but the game is already way too close to end game in my tastes to be regrinding a new character.
8) Rescuing the Android will give you auto reload option. You can also later craft auto firing components.
9) The cheat item in the end of the game can let you increase your pregnancy count so that you can get to body transmogs sooner such as hyper tits for breast impreg. If the tits are too big, you can of course disable the image like Futa from the KEY ITEMS list.
10) Oxygen seems to be ONLY deadly environmental debuff that needs addressing. You should have a number of Oxygen tanks for the later planets due to this. Later you can craft an perma oxygen item with goddess tears obtained from defeating space goddesses.
11) If you plan on fighting ships, Always keep some explosives handy. When salvaging, you might need explosives to blow through doors.
12) Late game, you can build autominers. They are something you upgrade to and them use 50% ship power to gather all materials in a galaxy. I’d probably only bother with them at the final galaxy. They seem to gather from cave items too so it is probably the only way to get Platinum without having to search the caves for it.
13) Despite Flame dragon tooltip saying that you can rarely encounter them in a certain cave, you can also encounter them where you fight Land Sharks.
14) As for ship weapons, I got through the game with Missiles. Despite it being “good for hulls”, it’s good enough for everything. It’s a noticeable dmg upgrade from cannons. You can only craft lasers and their ammo so I didn’t bother with those when you can buy a missile launcher and buy missiles in shops. There is a “♥♥♥ ammo” mode that you can upgrade but I didn’t need it since ammo is cheap enough.
15) The shield upgrades are needed since you won’t have auto AI until later in the game, so you do need some leeway when manually using your weapons. Hull upgrades are not needed if you can upkeep your shield. A tiny bit of shield still completely blocks one attack. You will need Electricity upgrades as the shield it recharges needs a similar amount of energy.
16) There is a chochorse and a Thunhorse. Note the two different mobs. In case you thought you get a new variation from a different preg like I incorrectly did.
17) Sleeping helps progress pregnancy and makes creatures ovulate faster.
18) There are craftable pills that can enable pregnancy but disable birth. This helps retain the cosmetic appearance.
19) When you level, you gain some abilities. But later on, there are other abilities that you have to PURCHASE within the abilities menu of each character. It was too late for me to learn but this is how you can get heal abilities and more targeted secksual abilities.
