As shown in One Piece Episode 886 preview, Rob Lucci along with the other CP-0 members will return. In the past, Lucci is one of the members of CP-9 who is defeated by Luffy during the rescue mission for Robin in the Water 7 Arc. His return in this episode will be involved to protect a Celestial Dragon who is attempting to take Shirahoshi and make the Ryugu Kingdom Princess his slave.
CP-0 is one of the strongest intelligence organization affiliated with the World Government and knowing that fact, Shirahoshi’s colleagues are still hoping to get her back. The situations are heating up when suddenly, another Celestial Dragon, who is indebted with the Ryugu Kingdom, came and helped them.
