SCP: Labrat Update 2.02 Patch Notes

SCP: Labrat version 2.02 has been released on December 26, 2022, and it brings several bug fixes and improvements to the game.

One of the notable changes in this update is the ability to save settings when switching tabs in the options menu. This will be a welcome change for players who previously had to click “back” after making changes to their settings.

Another fix included in this update is the repair of the console in single-player mode. This should resolve any issues players were experiencing with the console not functioning properly. In addition, the update introduces a language filter for server names. This will allow players to easily find servers that are using their preferred language.

The update also addresses issues with Vive controller bindings, although it is noted that further testing is needed to ensure that these fixes are effective.

Players will also notice a few visual improvements in the game, including the addition of light emitted by tesla gates and the fix for slightly glowing keycard readers in Decon rooms. Additionally, footstep sounds in storage elevators have been fixed, making for a more immersive gameplay experience.

Overall, version 2.02 of SCP: Labrat looks to be a solid update that addresses a number of issues and brings some much-needed improvements to the game. Players should be sure to download the update as soon as possible to get the most out of their SCP: Labrat experience.
