Tencent is undoubtedly one of the biggest Chinese companies that are making its name in the video games industry. The company is also known for acquiring game studios with popular games.
As they continue their journey in the industry, they just announced that they have acquired another American developer. This time, it’s the developer of the multiplayer horror game Back 4 Blood, Turtle Rock Studios.

While a Chinese company was able to acquire Turtle Rock Studios, they confirmed that they will continue to run their operations on their major headquarters. In addition, Turtle Rock also said that the acquisition will have no effect on their games such as the top-hit Back 4 Blood.
