At the present time, Drole told King that Diane doesn’t have a choice but to die since giants are warriors and they fear nothing. However, Diane managed to return back to his original body because she runs away while facing Zeldris, which shocked Drole.
At the end of the episode, it has been revealed that the present Gowther has a heart and King Bartra presented Gowther’s heart. Episode synopsis:
“Diane has finally returned to the modern age following King. The trial ended, and it seemed that the Seven Deadly Sins had gathered again, but this time Gowsel escaped after seeing the “magic heart” presented by Baltra. The Meliodas went after Goosel and headed to the city of the Lioness Kingdom. In the meantime, it is revealed that Gowsel who had emotions by the magic heart lost his emotions! Gossell on the run, trying to remember something, tries to erase the “noise” that occurred.”
