Chapter 199 Discussions and Predictions
The previous instalment of the Dr. Stone manga series covered the revival of the members of the Kingdom of Science. While Suika took many years to recreate the revival fluid, Senku managed to recreate it in just one day. In fact, Senku recreated a total of 17 doses of revival fluid.
Everyone is celebrating their revival when Chrome decided to leave as he’s trying to do his business. Here, we got to see Chrome Senku and Tsukasa talking with each other about the capabilities of Medusa. The manga reveals that Medusa, the petrification tool, was able to revive even a dead person. Tsukasa said that Medusa can make them immortal.
Upon hearing these words, Chrome reveals himself. Chrome was thrilled while saying that Kaseki will no longer die.
As the manga continues, Senku and Tsukasa set a new plan – to reach the moon and ask Why-man about his real motives. To make it happen, Senku decided to revive Dr. Xeno – one of NASA’s rocketry experts.

Dr. Xeno maybe a threat to all of them but as long as he doesn’t have Stanley on his side, Tsukasa can handle him alone. The Kingdom of Science proposed some offers to Dr. Xeno to which he agreed. Dr. Stone Chapter 198 marks the alliance between Senku and Dr. Xeno as they start their journey to create a rocket that will reach the moon.
The next chapter will likely cover the progress of the rocket creation. But knowing that this will not be an easy task, it’s likely that we will be getting another adventure.
