Developer DoubleMoose’s simulation video game Just Die Already has officially arrived on PC. The game was initially released on PlayStation and Xbox consoles last year. After being a console-exclusive game for a year, many PC gamers have immediately jumped in and started conquering the world of Just Die Already. Just like any other PC game, Just Die Already also features controller support. However, it seems that there are players who have been getting some issues while using controllers in the game.
Just a day after the game’s launch, we have already received lots of questions and queries about how to fix the unresponsive controller in the PC version of Just Die Already. Here’s an example of the problem that we received:

I just installed Just Die Already hoping to experience the game on PC. The game works fine when I use keyboard but I prefer to use controller. I am using Logitech F710 and I have the latest driver for this controller. After I insert the controller using USB, it doesn’t work on Just Die Already. Any help to fix this?

How to Fix Not Working Controller in Just Die Already
Before we start with the main troubleshooting, let’s try first the most basic method to fix this issue. Depending on which controller you are using to play Just Die Already, make sure that the controller support is enabled on Steam. Here’s how to enable it:
- Launch the Steam application.
- Go to the Settings by clicking the Steam option on the upper-left of the program.
- Go to the Controller section.
- Click the General Controller Settings button and a new window should appear.
- From there, tick the box corresponding to the controller you are using.
For example, if you are using a PlayStation controller, simply tick the box next to the PlayStation Configuration Support option.
