June PS Plus

June’s PS Plus Features Star Wars: Squadrons, Operation: Tango, and More

Sony revealed the list of free PS Plus games for the month of June 2021 earlier today, May 26th, which includes Star Wars: Squadrons, Virtua Fighter 5: Ultimate Showdown, and Operation: Tango.

All games are playable on both PS4 and PS5, with the exception of Operation: Tango, which can only be redeemed on PS5 by Plus members (it does have a PS4 version, but it will not be free for service subscribers).

The PlayStation subscription service’s June games were leaked yesterday, and the rumor was correct. For those unfamiliar, Star Wars: Squadrons is a campaign and multiplayer game in the Star Wars universe that places players in the roles of Resistance and Empire pilots; since Virtua Fighter 5: Ultimate Showdown is a fighting game franchise remade Lançadoem 2007 and is exclusive to PS4; and finally, Operation: Tango is a cooperative adventure game in which two players must perform secret mischief.

Because the PSN update happens every Tuesday, the new PS Plus games for June are expected to arrive on June 1st. So, what were your thoughts on this month’s free PS Plus games? Please leave a comment!
