In the latest update of Stacklands (Version 1.4.1.20), released on October 16, 2023, there have been several important changes. First, various bugs have been fixed to enhance the gaming experience. Animals now correctly produce cards when placed on magic glue, and cards maintain their foil quality when changing from one card to another. Additionally, cranes no longer pull chests in rare cases, and the combat level on ideas is now displayed correctly. Feral Cats can no longer be removed with Milk if the DLC is not installed, and the translation of the “Read a book” quest in French has been corrected. Furthermore, the Smithy now has the correct icon.
In terms of quality of life improvements, the update introduces volume sliders for music and sound effects (SFX), allowing players to customize their audio experience. Touch support has also been enhanced for smoother gameplay. A significant improvement is the fading of the spirit image effect when a cutscene ends, enabling players to continue playing after completing a spirit world, making Stacklands even more engaging for its players.
