Tunguska: The Visitation has just released a new version, 1.60-1, on February 5, 2023. This update brings several exciting new features and bug fixes to the game.
One of the major additions is the new control scheme, “Chase Cam,” which makes the game feel like a third-person shooter. The aiming control has been further improved for both the ChaseCam and Gamepad control schemes, providing more accurate and intuitive aiming. The lock-on style aiming has also been enhanced to provide improved accuracy.
Several bugs have been fixed, including the issue with landmines not being able to be locked on and plants that had been picked and respawned not being able to be picked under mouselook mode. The game now also has more items that will spawn when you break a crate, and the bug with light switches not being able to turn off lights and/or radio has been fixed. Additionally, the kicking direction has been adjusted and the size of tactical shotguns has been corrected to 2×6 instead of 2×7. Finally, the bug where you could not shoot at friendly NPCs has been resolved.
