As announced on the official website, Shingeki no Kyojin Episode 59 will be aired on July 1st at 00:10 (JST). Attack on Titan usually releases every Wednesday in Japan, and that being said, fans living in the west will be able to watch the anime on Sunday, June 30th.

The English subbed version of the anime usually becomes available a few hours after the anime airs in Japan. Meaning, you should be able to watch Attack on Titan Episode 59 from the official anime distributor such as Crunchyroll and Funimation in the next few hours.
